Follow these steps to hard reset the Mi Box:

1. Power off you Mi Box by Release it from power source

2. Plug back in the Mi Box
3. Press and hold the Home and Menu buttons, the remote control should be in front of the box to power on the box.
4. You'll face the recovery screen, Select Clear All Data.
5. Your Mi Box Will be reset into Default Factory setting.
